Position Overview: As a Project Coordinator, you will serve as the liaison between our engineering team and our clients. When our engineers map out energy efficient projects, they rely on our Project Coordinators to review the reports, proof-read the documents, format them to the client’s preferred style, follow up for any necessary information, and coordinate all follow-up details with the client. All communication is funneled through our coordinators, so there’s a lot of organizing, detail review, and constant synchronization happening.

A typical day may include:

  • Professionally communicating with our Client, Account Managers, and Engineering team via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Reviewing report submittals from our team ensuring they are generally accurate, correctly formatted for client standards, and reaching back out for clarification or any missing information necessary to move the project forward.
  • Managing our internal and external client project tracking systems at each stage of the project for outgoing and incoming deliverables, keeping the project on track.
  • Data entry, including: adding project information, linking sites/accounts/contacts, creating and updating forecasts & project measures, generating project tracking codes, uploading documents, queuing payments, as well as creating & updating information.
  • Regularly using Excel to track project details and review reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: We are looking for a professional and organized candidate with a wide range of skills including excellent communication, emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and an interest in learning more about the energy field.

Ideal candidates will additionally have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience, proficiency, and interest in editing or proof-reading technical documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe; Excel or similar platforms.

  • Location: Our office space is in SE PDX, and we provide the option to work from home part of the time 
  • Travel: Intermittent travel to client sites within Willamette Valley area is required

Qualifications: 

We’re looking for a person with a wide range of skills with the ability to perform both deep technical analysis as well as the ability to see the big picture on any project.  

Ideal candidates will have some of the following skills and experience:

  • HVAC and controls experience

  • 5 or more years’ experience in the energy efficiency field
  • Experience analyzing energy systems and quantifying annual energy savings

This full-time position requires location in Southern Idaho and working from a home office to serve industrial sites for local utility programs. Relocation assistance will be provided.
