Armando Adams

Armando Adams is the Program Coordinator for Energy 350’s Energy Trust Program Management Team.

Armando has been with Energy 350 since December of 2025 and has a background in nonprofit management, education, and community-based work. He holds a B.A. in History from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, and an M.A. in World Languages & Literatures (Spanish) from Portland State University.

At Energy 350, he supports day-to-day program operations, coordination, and communication. He has a strong interest in workflow efficiency, system navigation and implementation, and helping teams work more effectively across roles and responsibilities. Armando brings a collaborative and detail-oriented approach to improving processes, strengthening coordination, and keeping projects moving smoothly.

Outside of work, Armando enjoys exploring the city on foot, checking out bookstores and record shops, and trying out new food spots. He also enjoys reading, playing music, and spending time with his family. Whether walking through a new neighborhood or settling in with a good book, he values staying curious, engaged, and connected to the world around him.
