Cailin Moore

Cailin is an Energy Engineer at Energy 350.

Cailin has 4 years of experience working on energy efficiency contracts across the Pacific Northwest and has developed a broad foundation of expertise with the diverse types of sites and projects in the region. She is currently on the Energy Trust Production Efficiency program serving as a Technical Lead for custom capital and O&M studies. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University. Cailin was motivated to become an engineer to develop a skillset to address the climate crisis and is thrilled to know their work has a positive, measurable impact on local sustainability goals.

When Cailin is out of office, they spend their free time biking, snowboarding, playing soccer, and digging around in the garden. She loves hosting parties, doing arts & crafts and generally being joyful and goofing off with friends.
