Eric Heim

Eric is a Program Planning Manager at Energy 350.

He has a master’s in Atmospheric Geochemistry and a Geospatial Science certificate from University of New Hampshire where he worked on a NASA grant studying pollution over Korea.

Before that he lived in the Arctic Circle in Sweden as a climate scientist, and spent time for NOAA chasing western forest fires.

He’s been in energy efficiency program development and implementation for the last 5 years.

His brain is wired to find out-of-the-box solutions to complex and “impossible” problems, and win-win scenarios for clients and implementors.

He comes from a blue collar family in Detroit and has a previous life working in electrical contracting and as an industrial repair technician.

He enjoys building saunas, going on mountain adventures with his wife, truck camping, tractor restoration, runs with Pepper (Australian Shepherd), and wrestling his two boys.
