Josh Weissert, PE, CMVP

Josh is a Program Manager at Energy 350 and a Mechanical Engineer with 19 years of experience in energy and industrial engineering. As the Program Manager for Energy Trust of Oregon’s Industrial & Ag program, he leads efforts to improve energy efficiency and sustainability across diverse industrial sectors.

Throughout his career, Josh has managed large-scale projects spanning evaluation, research, and implementation. He has played a key role in delivering Strategic Energy Management (SEM) programs and has extensive experience in both industrial and commercial building auditing, and demand response assessments. His work has supported organizations including Energy Trust of Oregon, BC Hydro, BPA, Puget Sound Energy, the City of Seattle, and the California Public Utilities Commission.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys being a parent, camping with his family, exploring the backcountry, and competing in gravel and mountain bike events.
