Kim Levan is an SEM Coach for Energy 350 with a wealth of experience in personal and professional development. She enjoys collaborating with teams to optimize performance and improve operational efficiency through a person-centered, holistic approach that fosters creativity and inspires positive change in the workplace and beyond.
Since gaining her certification in Transformative Life Coaching and Group Facilitation in 2012, Kim has been creating experiential learning opportunities within the private, public and non-profit sectors. She has extensive experience running leadership development programs and facilitating workshops that bring about organizational, cultural and behavioral change. In addition, Kim teaches Mindful Self-Compassion™, an empirically supported training program for emotional resilience.
Kim is from the UK and enjoyed many global adventures before finally settling down in Portland, Oregon. She will happily share the wonders of traveling the world on $5 a day with anyone willing to listen. She’s also worked as a wilderness therapy guide and is passionate about the healing powers of a digital detox in the great outdoors. She loves wild swimming, sunshine, mountains, a good beer and a nice cup of tea.
