Leia Adkisson

Leia Adkisson is the Director of Operations at Energy 350. Energy 350 runs on Leia’s tenacity to get things done.

She started with the company as a part-time Administrative Assistant in 2014 and quickly moved up to Office Manager. Wanting to help the team as much as possible, she stepped up to assist in all areas of the company. Now she handles most operations for Energy 350 from payroll, accounting, AP/AR, invoicing, billing, contract management, human resources, benefits administration, project coordination, information systems management, website updates, and social media communications. Leia is energized by working with Engineers who use their knowledge and skills to make the world a more sustainable place.

In her off time, Leia enjoys spending time with her husband and son, training in Capoeira and MMA Striking, bouldering at local gyms with friends, playing with her goodest boy Chaos dog, and traveling.
