Micah Farenik is a Strategic Energy Management Coach for Energy 350, based in Albany, OR.
Micah has an extensive background in energy efficiency, mentoring and group facilitation, and business development. He is a systems thinker who excels at building relationships and asking incisive questions. Micah is passionate about empowering teams to develop sustainable, persistent strategies to achieve their energy goals and build a culture of continuous improvement.
Micah holds his Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota in Sustainable Systems Management. He later earned his Master’s degree in Roman Archaeology from the University of Exeter in Southwest England, pursuing a lifelong interest of his.
Micah grew up in Northern Minnesota, and spent most of his life in Minneapolis, MN. He would describe himself as a lifelong learner and endlessly curious, an aspiring renaissance man. Those who know him well would describe him as warm, eccentric, and a serious foodie. While not engaging with clients, Micah enjoys gardening, strategy board games, photography, going to old fashioned movie theaters, playing pickleball, and road biking with friends.
