Nick Ridling, EIT, CEM
Nick is an Energy Systems Engineer with five years of experience in the energy efficiency field. Nick serves as a project and account manager focusing on the development and implementation of energy efficiency projects with industrial customers in rural Oregon. Over the last five years Nick has assisted Eastern Oregon customers with implementing over 75 energy efficiency projects for a combined savings of 17.77 GWh and 53,000 Therms delivering over $2.1 million dollars in energy incentive payments. Nick has extensive experience growing business relationships through leveraging strong personal and communication skills. Nick utilizes his construction background combined with his technical training to understand the needs of industrial customers, while simultaneously fostering a culture focused on energy efficiency. Nick has a bachelor’s degree in Energy Systems Engineering from Oregon State University and is a Certified Energy Manager through the Association of Energy Engineers. Prior to working for Energy 350 Nick was a Field Service engineer for Eaton where he primarily worked on startup commissioning for large data centers in eastern Oregon and Washington.
Outside of work Nick enjoys fishing on the Columbia River, camping with family and wakeboarding in the summer.
