Rebecca Hovey

Rebecca is a senior engineer on the Research and Evaluation team at Energy 350.

Rebecca helps clients not only find the answer to their research questions but also figure out what the information means for them and recommend what they should do next. Rebecca brings technical expertise in commercial HVAC, industrial motor systems, and equipment standards, with over six years supporting utility, regional, and federal energy clients. She has experience leading complex market research, market model development, TRM measure development, regulatory strategy development, and emerging technology characterization for utilities across North America. Rebecca’s work combines deep engineering analysis with strategic regulatory engagement to advance energy efficiency program design, codes and standards development, and long-term market transformation. Prior to Energy 350 Rebecca was an Engineering Manager at Resource Innovations and Senior Associate at Cadeo.

In her spare time Rebecca probably has too many hobbies and should maybe downsize. Lately her top interests are clothing and home objects repair, singing in a community choir, skiing, and trying to host more friends at home.
