Volunteering for Portland Refugee Support Group

Recently, our Energy 350 community got together to contribute to the efforts of Portland Refugee Support Group (PRSG). PRSG is a 100% volunteer-run non-profit that empowers refugees and immigrants in Portland through education, life skills training, and social support. We teamed up to fill supply bags for 60 families. These supplies included necessary common household items that do not typically get covered by subsidies such as personal hygiene products and cleaning supplies.

We were thrilled to have our team bring in some of their little ones to help out with this event. We think it’s important to show them that giving our time to causes like this is just as valuable as a monetary contribution.
